Forming part of our strategy, corporate responsibility is a fundamental part of our business at Pacwealth.
PacWealth are committed to investing in our staff’s success, for the benefit of them and our clients. We also understand our success depends on the people we employ and want to build a solid talent pipeline as this is crucial for our future success and company growth.
Our aim is to ensure our people feel excited and engaged working with us. Our commitment to professional development and technical training programs allows us to nurture the next generation of investment and industry professionals.
We provide opportunities for our staff on a professional development level and personal level, believing both are just as valuable as the other.
Initiatives we currently have in place are:
- In-house periodic training on business speciality areas. This enables cross sharing of individual specialties and builds our inclusive team culture,
- Offsite training – we send people to professional training courses or seminars held by respected professionals, industry bodies and universities,
- Health awareness – we provide a day of education and activities on a periodic basis for the whole company to be involved in. Our commitment to our people’s quality of life is important.
Our commitment extends to sponsoring the development of youth, women’s and senior international rugby in Papua New Guinea. John Eales, one of PCL’s valued Directors, leads this formative cause.
